Prince Charles – Wearing The Balmoral Tartan Kilt On His Birthday

Prince Harry and Prince William were both adorable when they were younger, and it seems like they got it from their father because Prince Charles was one cute kid as well. Photographed above is Prince Charles during his seventh birthday. The Prince of Wales was all dressed up in nice clothes that day and one of the most unique things about his outfit was the Balmoral tartan kilt. The kilt was designed by Prince Albert back in 1853. A person can only wear the kilt if the Queen grants them permission to wear it.
