Eddie Murphy

While everyone is talking about Eddie Murphy’s big comeback on Netflix, the actor sees it more as a way to punctuate a half-hearted career on a good note. If Eddie Murphy specifies that he is totally different in real life from the roles he has played, his career had been at a standstill for fifteen years. We obviously recognize his past successes like Bowfinger by Frank Oz or Dreamgirls by Bill Condon. This year, he has therefore refocused on a character he himself knew and whom he is very proud to embody: Rudy Ray Moore, a nerdy humorist from the 1970s, known and respected in particular for his very outspoken believed.
