Sylvie Vartan

Sylvie Vartan went to the Olympia in 1961 and then performed there on a regular basis between 1962 and 1963 as the headliner of the program “Idols of young people”. It was also during the 60s that she rose to fame thanks to songs like “Irresistiblement” and “La Maritza”.

Sylvie Vartan has recorded nearly 50 studio albums throughout her career, with more than 1000 songs to her credit. Today she has a quieter life than that of her years as a singer, which seems to be working for her since she displays a resplendent appearance despite her age.
