CHAKA KHAN – LIVE CONSISTENTLY HEALTHY

Yvette Marie Stevens, as Chaka Khan is actually called, hasn’t always had it easy in life. Among other things, she always had problems with her weight. Despite her undeniable success as a singer, the Queen of Funk has had her share of setbacks. Physically, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes bother her. These health problems could be traced back to her being overweight and so she decided to act. From then on, she consistently ate a healthy diet and eliminated dairy products and meat from her diet. There is also a daily sports program. Lo and behold, she’s already lost a whopping 60 pounds and looks amazing today.
