Ramp Or a Slide?

Salute to the people who go about trying to live their lives like everyone else. Going about in a wheelchair is tough, especially when going up a ramp in a manual one. This one ramp, however, possibly located in the United States as per dailymail.co.uk, looks more like a slide.

Not only is it going to be really difficult for people planning to go uphill, but it’s really dangerous for downhill driving as well. Brainline.org suggests that the slope of a ramp for wheelchairs should have no more than an inch of height for every 12 inches of length.
