Sounds Logical? Not Really.
Almost all people have a good idea that healthy human pregnancies take about nine months to mature before the baby is delivered. If that is the case, it’s safe to assume that twins will take twice as much or 18 months. However, that’s exactly like thinking two cups of tea will take twice the time compared to one cup.
That’s so not true. A woman’s womb should take as much time to mature multiple infants as it should take to grow one. As per a June 2021 article on BBC, a woman in South Africa gave birth to ten newborns without taking up the exponential time.
