Only One Tip for This Waiter

Restaurant management is not a piece of cake at all. Managing multiple orders with customized requests for a few unique dishes can be tricky if a proper procedure is not in place. There are a few chains, such as Subway, which focus on customized orders, but not all of them.

Exhibit A is this dish that did not conform to the customer’s request for no onions. While he was either very hungry or polite enough to eat up the food rather than complain beforehand, it was ensured that the waiter who took the order got the tip of advice.
