That’s the Word, Right?

Pat Venditte made his debut in Major League Baseball (MLB) with the team Oakland Athletics in June 2015. He was special, considering he could pitch with both his left and right hands. East Oregonian, a local Oregon-based newspaper, published this article promoting talent.
Now, this particular talent of using either hand as the dominating one is called “ambidextrous” and not “amphibious.” The latter is an adjective used for objects or creatures that are suited for water as well as land. The editors and writers at this newspaper company have missed out on this minor error, possibly owing to their hectic schedules.
