Better Save the Rain Coat

This man is taking a stroll somewhere in a car park with his raincoat folded over his shoulder; his umbrella closed over his head. It’s hardly likely that he doesn’t know how to use either of those, but if he didn’t want to use them, he should’ve left them at home rather than carried the articles with him.
This guy probably didn’t know that standard raincoats and umbrellas are made of polyester and nylon, which won’t soak in water or let any of it through. He would have saved his clothing if he had only decided to use them.
