Most of us often include reading more books as one of the items on our self-improvement lists or New Year’s resolution. Sadly, the wifi-enabled devices we often have at hand don’t really leave enough time for reading an actual book.

That’s why we are always fascinated when we spot someone at a coffee house digging into the pages of a bestseller. Take this lady who was engrossed in reading Memoirs of a Geisha and when she lifted the book up to her face, it created an opportunity to take the perfect portrait.

Squirrels Also Like Corn On The Cob

There are few people who wouldn’t stop to stare at squirrels because the rodents are interesting and cute. They are often busy searching for food and will typically abandon caution to take any food that humans offer. Squirrels thrive on a mostly vegetarian diet.

They eat vegetables, fruits, and seeds, and nuts are their favorites. The one above came across corn on the cob and he couldn’t resist going to town on it. Perhaps it was right after winter when food is often low and sometimes even the stash that squirrels store isn’t enough to see them through the harsh months. 

When A Yawn Steals The Show

Military folks are among the most disciplined people because of the strict customs and courtesies they adapt. They are known for displaying good manners, politeness, and respect. When standing in formation, military men are known to wear almost stoic expressions on their faces. 

The photo above shows one soldier defying the norm because he couldn’t hold back a yawn. We can’t blame him, perhaps they had been standing for a long time and the boredom set it. Most likely, they began their day quite early and the fatigue might have eventually set in.
