The Gliding Owl

Owls are sometimes considered mysterious and spooky creatures. There are more than 200 species in existence and as many peculiarities, if not more. For instance, they are able to almost rotate their heads completely to make a 360-degree turn.
They are also silent fliers and they make virtually no noise thanks to their special feathers that can break down turbulence. Maybe the one above is making use of these special feathers to glide through the sky. We are used to birds of all kinds flying with their wings spread out but for some reason, this owl has its wings firmly by its sides.
