A ‘Blocked’ View

Often, people will tolerate erring drivers who park like they weren’t taught how to do so. Then, there are also moments when passersby and other vehicle owners couldn’t resist teaching the bad guy a lesson. The latter must have been what happened to the unlucky person, who was probably shocked to have seen cement roadblocks sandwiching the ride.

Concrete barriers are a big help in traffic management. As ProBlock noted, these things ensure safety for motorists and construction employees, and traffic enforcers, too! Unfortunately, this person had to park in the middle of the road, leaving others at risk of an accident.
