Quite A Parking Job

For the uninitiated, this looks like a well-thought decision. After all, the person probably just wants the car to be rain-proof, right? However, we don’t believe that the owner did bring his own shade when he left his vehicle. Upon closer look, we can say that this was where push carts are left in the parking lot.

So we surmise that the guy removed the only cart in the area and forced his ride to the slot. Unfortunately, stray carts are a big frustration among drivers. According to Scientific American, supermarkets tried to address this issue by adding receptacles and even implementing a rental system.
