Rookie Mistake or Royal Exemption?

For driving rookies, it is easy to forget some rules, like how those white lines on the road are “No Parking” signs. At times, it’s acceptable, given that that driver wouldn’t commit that same crime again. But again, there are just people who think they are above the law and can get away with anything. 

Are they part of the royal family having an emergency? This might be what onlookers had in mind when they spotted this vehicle in a no-parking area. According to Insider, members of the royal clan are exempted from a few road problems, including speed limits, so maybe the owner felt they were a part of this group.
