When Injury Turns into a Silver Lining

Unfortunately for Paige, her dreams of competing in the Olympics in gymnastics event had to be cut short. She was at the age of 12 when she was injured, shattering her kneecap. Her two-time broken kneecap meant that she could no longer be a gymnast. Not to dwell in sadness, Paige found another sport to occupy her. It was golf.
In tournaments of the Colorado junior’s circuit, she was victorious in 5 out of 7, making waves for her name. Eager to train, she decided to study at home. It would give her more time to focus on her athletic activities.
