Mean People, Nice People

The phrase “mean people suck” is a common way of expressing frustration towards individuals who behave negatively toward others. Conversely, “nice people swallow” may be interpreted as praise for those who are kind and accommodating.

However, being nice doesn’t necessarily equate to being a good person. In today’s society, some individuals who are quick to anger may be labeled as not nice. Meanwhile, others may go out of their way to talk to everyone and put on a show of friendliness. Unfortunately, these seemingly pleasant individuals may not always be as nice as they appear. While it’s hard to unsee the double entendre, drawing a line might be difficult.
