The Periodic Reminder

The periodic table, which is commonly referred to as the periodic table of elements, is a structured display of chemical elements in rows and columns. It is composed of four rectangular blocks and each row is called a period, while each column is referred to as a group.
Although the table’s name could be misconstrued as a reference to a woman’s menstrual cycle, hormonal changes affect women differently. While some may feel a decrease in energy and motivation during their period, others may experience an improvement in their cognitive and physical abilities. These variations are due to how different women respond to hormonal changes during their monthly cycles.
