Fans may recognize Fairuza Balk as Nancy Downs in “The Craft,” Sapphire in “Almost Famous,” and Dorothy in “Return to Oz.” The celebrity, who starred as Lizzie Thomas in the show “Paradise City” in 2021, is well-known for portraying dark and complicated characters.
