It’s a Dog-Eat-Dog Country

There’s no doubt Russia is a dog-eat-dog country, so what better way to protect your beloved Russian pets than to get them some lovely Russian attire? This freezing dog is feeling a little bit better now that he gets to rest his paws in two excellent sets of boots and wear a traditional Russian fur hat.
The typical Russian winter’s hat is known as an Ushanka, and it’s characterized for its protective ear flaps. It’s hard to trace back their origin to a precise point in time, but the Ushanka is believed to have been made famous during Russia’s Civil War in the early 20th Century.
