No Excuses Allowed

Every culture has its type of bar. America has the diner, the United Kingdom has the pub, and Spain and Italy have the café. But in Russia, you don’t need to be at a fancy building to justify your urge to drink. All you need is a makeshift bar mainly made out of wood and as many bottles of vodka as you can put together.

This Russian bar looks like it was constructed overnight and features the worst heating system ever seen. But if the vodka’s alright and the company is tight, this place will feel warmer than the bar in “Cheers.”
