We’re joking, of course: even though Russia is described as a two-season country, it does have summertime, and some places can get legitimately warm, with the highest recorded temperature sitting at an impressive 113.7ºF! With that kind of summery breeze, it’s no wonder even the wartime-submarine lads decided to spend the afternoon at the beach.
