Russian people on the Internet love to share videos in which they throw a pan full of boiling water out of the window, only to see it freeze immediately. The videos are utterly satisfying, especially if you’re watching them from a country where winters are reasonably cold.

Winter in the Motherland is far from reasonable, though, with the lowest officially recorded temperature sitting at -89.9ºF.
