Europe or Bust!

In 1975 the people of Wales and the UK were asked to decide whether or not they wanted to remain a member of the European Community—sound familiar? A massive ad campaign went out to ensure the country didn’t adopt a separatist and isolationist line of thinking and instead stuck things out as a part of the EC.
Dubbed the ‘Yes’ campaign, their “Europe or Bust” shirts were definitely a pointed joke at the male populace’s love of an ample bosom, but there was also a No campaign with the far less glamorous but straightforward slogan, “Out and into the world.”
