Jim Morrison was the frontman of The Doors, and like most rock bands, he was known for causing havoc in his concerts. Fans would lose themselves in the rhythm, and at the end of the act, they’d be drenched in sweat from head-banging and shaking their hands in the air. But later in his career, his end-of-the-show antics didn’t have the same effect.

Initially a spiritual experience for the crowds, later on, the rockstar’s behavior lost all its charm. Many times, what Morrison had intended as a show-stopping moment had the opposite effect, and instead of getting lost in the rhythm, audience members found the vibe chaotic.
