Naomi Campbell – Barvikha and Geometrie

This spaceship-like home was built for Naomi Campbell by her then-girlfriend, Russian billionaire Vladislav Doronin. The home was designed by famed architect Zaha Hadid and is located in the resort town of Barvikha (just outside Moscow). “The 28,500-square-foot home features a 65-foot-tall giraffe’s neck that’s somewhat reminiscent of an air traffic control tower—where will Campbell be throwing his tantrums from above?—and is intended to extend the exterior topography into the interior of the building, while the geometric definition is derived from the surrounding environment,” says writer Sarah Firshein.
