The estate features seven bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a huge pool with spa, tennis court and gym, and a bar in every room. “A bar in every room was too much for the average buyer in that price range,” says someone who tried to sell the 7,400-square-foot home. She had to slash the price by $4 million to finally sell.
