Richard Roth & Cindy Roth, Unknown

Richard Roth has represented California’s 31st Senate District since assuming office in 2012. Before venturing into politics, he offered his service to the nation as a United States Air Force major general. Also a practicing attorney, Roth has a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University and was at Miami University before that, where he majored in political science.

In his 32 years with the Air Force, he also served as a reserve judge advocate stationed in the Illinois, Georgia, and California Air Force bases. Away from the public eye, he maintains a strong bond with his wife, Cindy. The couple lives in Riverside, California, and their relationship thrives on being private.
