Akita Inu

Even their names tell us a little about their origin, and if we guessed correctly, this breed came from the mountainous regions of northern Japan. So, this breed can be unsafe if they’re not appropriately domesticated as they don’t encounter many humans in mountainous areas.

Although the giant creatures are not precisely calm-looking dogs, adequately trained Akita Inu can be one of the caring dogs you’d encounter in your day. What is more satisfying than having about 100 pounds of fur keeping you company and warm at the same time?
