Bullmastiff

A hybrid between a Bulldog and a Mastiff, the Bullmastiff can weigh up to a magnanimous 100 pounds and grow as tall as twenty-seven inches. In the nineteenth century, these dogs were used to keep poachers at bay. As a result, they were trained to be very aggressive and have assertive movements.
Though this breed was specially trained to be protectors, they can still form a deep emotional attachment with their owners. The only worry is that if such dogs are not adequately trained and properly socialized, they quickly regress to their previous state of aggression. In such cases, they won’t spare even family members.
