That’s what you call training hard

The rewards of lifting weights are more strength, bigger muscles, and a fitter, toned body. But to achieve that, many know that lifting weights is not easy. It’s actually quite challenging. The most important thing to get results is that training is always a challenge.
This often means pushing the body to the point where it can no longer perform the exercise, i.e. failure. This is the point where the muscle gets stuck, but guarantees it will make it next time. This guy seems to have reached that point and is fighting so hard that even his head is developing muscle.
