Maybrit Illner and René Obermann – 10 years

Maybrit Illner seems to have found true love in her second marriage.
The head of the ZDF morning magazine and multiple co-moderator of the television duels for numerous federal elections married for the second time in 2010.
She left her first spouse, screenwriter Michael Illner, for René after 19 years of marriage. René Obermann also separated from his former partner in order to be able to be with the talk show presenter.
Maybrit’s husband is a businessman and chairman of Deutsche Telekom.
Their marriage has so far remained childless, but the two seem perfectly happy together.
