Malcolm McDowell – 78, Horsforth

Malcolm McDowell has made a name for himself playing the fundamentally flawed yet irresistibly charismatic villain on the big screen. His new movie She Will is one of the titles lined up for screening during next month’s Locarno Film Festival. The film is a masterpiece from French-British Director Charlotte Colbert, who makes her first feature film debut with the psychological thriller.

After making his acting debut in the mid-’60s with Crossroads and Knock on Any Door, McDowell has worked tirelessly in showbiz. During his stint in Hollywood that spans more than five decades, the Caligula actor has worked in more than 250 productions.
