Anthony Hopkins – 87, Margam

Before he found his calling in showbiz, Sir Anthony Hopkins had aspirations of becoming a concert pianist. By the time he turned 18, the Thor actor had developed a passion for acting, thanks to his acting classes at a YMCA dramatic club. The esteemed actor made history recently when he became the oldest performer to win an Academy Award for Best Actor.
After getting inspiration from actor Richard Burton at the age of 15, Hopkin set out to emulate his idol. In just a few decades, he had churned out smash hits like The Silence of the Lambs, Remains of the Day, and The Mask of Zorro, The Edge.
