Some Doubts

One glance at Shannon, and no one would ever expect she’d be interested in joining the Marines. And this was precisely what the recruiter thought when Shannon walked towards him. He even scoffed and told her she probably wouldn’t last a day out in the field.

Apparently, the Marine boot camp wasn’t for the faint of heart, and judging by Shannon’s looks, she might be too fragile to take on this journey. But interestingly, the young lady merely smiled and wittingly said she never backed down from a challenge. Of course, Shannon did acknowledge eventually that the boot camp experience wasn’t a breezy one, but she had what it takes to overcome any challenge – motivation!
