First of Many

Two years into her service, Shannon finally got the promotion she deserved. From being an E1 level, she moved up to E4 – meaning she was now a lance corporal! Not a lot of people can accomplish that in just a short span of time! Most of the time, Shannon’s promotion would take around four years instead of two.

At this point, Shannon wasn’t just any ordinary Marine Corps officer. The optimistic young lady was well on her way to becoming a future leader if she keeps her momentum up.  Indeed, it’s incredible how much has changed since she decided to take this journey.
