M1A2 Abrams – Cost: $6.21 Million

For something that was conceptualized in the ‘90s, the M1A2 Abrams remains one of the most modern battle tanks in the world. It’s practically similar to its predecessor, the M1A1, from the outside, but its most advanced features are hidden within. The M1A2 battle tank is powered by an AGT1500 gas turbine engine, originally a helicopter engine.
The tank is meant to be operated by four crew members who will have access to its wide range of armaments. This includes one M256 120 mm smoothbore gun; a manual firearm said to be more reliable than the autoloaders used in other tanks.
