Let Sunscreen Become Your Best Friend

Don’t say no one ever told you about the intense desert sun. Protecting your skin helps prevent sunburn and reduces the risk of skin cancer. So, pick out a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 and apply it generously 15 minutes before going outside.
Carry a travel-sized sunscreen for easy reapplication throughout the day. Reapply every two hours or more often if you’re swimming or sweating. Don’t forget areas like your ears, neck, and the back of your hands.
