The romantic life of the ‘80s fitness superstar Richard Simmons has always been shrouded in mystery. He has never publicly dated anyone, but his charisma has touched the lives of many. Simmons gained fame for making workout videos to inspire people to become healthy and fit. He sued the media in 2017, following multiple false reports that he was undergoing a gender reassignment surgery.

Presumably single at the moment, Simmons’s been making a comeback after years spent away from the spotlight: he uploaded his collection of Sweatin’ to the Oldies videos to YouTube and has recently cut a deal with a new streaming channel called Fuse Sweat.
