Sharon Gless – 76

Sharon Gless’ most iconic role was probably on the show, Cagney & Lacey, in which she interpreted Sgt. Christine Cagney. This role earned her multiple awards, including two Emmys and a Golden Globe. Furthermore, she met who would become her husband, producer Barney Rosenzweig. Gless continues to be active in the industry. Now that she’s 76, Gless takes on roles less frequently. One of her most recent works was on the show Casualty, where rumor has it she might come back, and perhaps turn into a recurrent character. However, as of early December 2019, nothing has been confirmed.
