Richard Dean Anderson – 70

Beginning his acting career in the ‘70s, Richard Dean Anderson was cast on General Hospital, playing Dr. Jeff Webber. As he rose to prominence and began filling up his checking account, other TV roles came along, like the lead on MacGyver, and on Stargate SG-1 which is a Stargate movie spinoff. Richard also appeared in films, like Pandora’s Clock and Through the Eyes of a Killer. Anderson also fought against water pollution and is a strong Make-a-Wish Foundation supporter. Although he had much success throughout his career, he has somewhat withdrawn from TV and film since 2013, expressing his desire to devote more time to his family.
