Tippi Hedren – 90

Tippi Hedren was prominent in modeling and appeared on magazine covers and commercials when she caught her big break after Alfred Hitchcock discovered her and cast Tippi on The Birds. The role won her a Golden Globe, and her acting career was launched. As an actress, Tippi appeared in over eighty movies, like Citizen Ruth, I Heart Huckabees, and in Charlie Chaplin’s last movie, A Countess from Hong Cong. Aside from her successful career in showbiz, Tippi was an active animal rights activist. For her contribution to cinema, she was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of fame and in 2018 became a new face of Gucci.
