Coming To Gym In Full Kit

Anyone who attends the gym has their designated kit and outfit. This is what we usually lay out the night before and usually includes shorts, a breathable top or vest, socks, and sports shoes. Cyclists also have a uniform they wear for going out on rides and while it varies, there are also common elements.

These will include a jersey with a long pocket, cycling shorts, cycling cleated footwear, and a helmet. The last one is important and a must-have especially at the event, although we doubt the guy on this bike needs it since he isn’t moving anywhere ad isn’t about to fall off a stationary bike.
