Once again, That’s Not How You Use That Thing

Another gym, and another person trying to get clever on a leg press machine. Or maybe we are missing a trick. Like the woman we previously encountered doing something similar, maybe this guy is trying to make his workout more challenging, or target different muscles than the ones the conventional position targets.
The leg press machine already does a great job in its standard position though. It primarily targets the quads, but it also activates the hamstrings, and the glutes. Maybe this guy thinks he’ll target the other two muscles primarily and the quads on a lesser scale by turning around.
