Building Your Shapely Posterior

Ask any trainer and they will tell you that, the best way to have a shapelier and more attractive posterior is to squat. This is one of the most common and effective exercises and when executed correctly it activates the glutes, thighs, and calves among a few others.
A perfect squat puts the person into a sitting position as if they were on the toilet. The woman in the picture is a trainer who appears to be doing a group workout session judging by the microphone she is speaking into. The squat she is doing is also pretty well executed.
