This would make any workout junky proud, seeing their child already getting into the iron life. This kiddo looks like he’s been watching dad a lot, and even has his facial expressions down. Of course, there is an ideal age for a child to start lifting weights.

It’s important to follow these guidelines since allowing a child to lift at too young. Starting with heavy weights too early can stunt a child’s growth and conversely affect their development. Most experts agree that a child can start doing strength workouts between the ages of seven and eight years old. This kid still has to wait before he can start.
