Showing Off Their Planking Skills

One of the ultimate tests of endurance and most testing routines to do is the plank. Some people in gyms actually compete with how long they can hold their plank positions, and in offices, there are often planking competitions held to see which entrant can hold the position the longest.

But these guys are on another level and are building plank position pyramids like they are a cheerleading squad or something. We just hope no one got injured when this came toppling down, especially since it’s likely the guy at the bottom would be the first to go since he was the first to get into position.
