Pauline Collins and John Alderton – 52 Years

Pauline Collins has steadily been a household name in showbiz, and it seems that her love for her family has been just as stable. She rose to stardom as the titular character in Shirley Valentine, while she had already starred in Upstairs, Downstairs. In 1969, she married the man of her dreams, John Alderton.

Alderton is an actor as well, and he actually appeared in Upstairs, Downstairs opposite Collins. They now live in London, along with their three children. And Alderton also became a stepfather to Collins’ daughter named Louise.
