Santa Catalina School

Not sure about others, but we’ve been longing about living in a rustic Italian villa for quite some time. Guess what; we have found a spectacular place just the kind; however, it is an academic establishment. Yes, California’s ‘Santa Catalina School’ seems to outmaneuver the onlookers by its resort-like façade, Hacienda-vibed finesse and center-city location.
Though the school’s building was constructed back in the 1850s, it looks nothing far from pristine. Not to forget, the 36-acres property is beautifully nestled with lush greenery and impeccable lighting fixtures—no wonder the annual price charts for attending this private institution routinely touch high-end thresholds.
