The Edge – $340 Million

You’ve all heard of U2 and Bono, but how much do you know about their guitarist, The Edge? Born David Howell Evans, the edge started playing guitar at a young age, rising to stardom as the guitarist of the said band. He’s written hit tunes such as Where the Streets Have No Name.

The Edge is known for his minimalistic playstyle, with the extensive use of effects pedals and delays. He’s released fourteen albums with the band, having earned $340 million from his career, much of which he donates to charity and his own organization Music Rising. In 2019, U2 toured all around the world for their The Joshua Tree Tour.
