Emily Jones Had a Powerade Bath

News reporting can come with its own set of challenges, and sports anchors, in particular, face a unique set of hazards. For Fox Sports reporter Emily Jones, one of those hazards is getting drenched in Powerade. She has become all too familiar with this, which is why she now carries a backup silly string as a defense mechanism.

Unfortunately, her silly string wasn’t enough to ward off the players on one particular Sunday. During an interview with Adrian Beltre, two players unexpectedly drenched her with an entire bucket of Powerade. Undeterred, Jones soldiered on with her interview after the spectacle.
